We’re pleased to announce that Abder Mokhbat has started a new role of Asset Management Advisor at Purple Frog.

The role of Asset Management Advisor is new, and has been created to help our clients navigate the ever increasing regulations and legislation in the property industry, and make the most of their investments.

Abder is already helping our clients with the new licensing regulations which are due to start in Birmingham from 5th June 2023.

Abder started his property journey by earning a degree in Architecture and MSc in Project Management in Construction and then moved on to the more practical side of property by getting his hands dirty on building sites.

At Purple Frog he became a letting expert, receiving a record number of 5* reviews, he’s now progressed to helping our clients achieve their property goals.

After work you’ll find him playing football or at a property networking event where he’s actively involved in the property community.
