Purple Frog Asset Management is pleased to announce the promotion of its senior leadership team to directors. This experienced team have a combined 45+ years of service at Purple Frog and are dedicated to continuous innovation and excellence in property asset management.
The new board of directors consists of Sabrina Courts, Shaun Knight, Nadine Bevis, Claire Pace, and Stephen Haigh, under the leadership of founder and Managing Director, Patrick Garratt who founded Purple Frog in 2007 whilst studying at the University of Birmingham.
The team at Purple Frog help investors achieve their property goals, by using their knowledge, experience and research to create the homes tenants want to live in, and then looking after them like they deserve.
Many of the newly minted directors have worked at Purple Frog for almost a decade and helped the company develop into what it is today.
Nadine Bevis’ journey to become Regional Director started back in 2012 when she joined the company as an apprentice and has since worked in all areas of the business.
Claire Pace started as an administrator in 2013 and has grown with the company, more recently working as personal assistant to the managing director and taking on a wider remit to help develop the business in several areas.
Shaun Knight joined Purple Frog as a lettings negotiator in 2014 with no experience in the property industry but quickly rose to the challenge becoming a branch manager within four years.
In 2014 Sabrina Courts joined the team as Operations Manager, and then became Head of Operations and has been consistent in making sure the head office runs like clockwork.
The sales department had only recently been created when Stephen Haigh took the helm in 2016; he brought decades of experience with him which has enabled Purple Frog to become a leading sales agent for investment properties.
“I couldn’t be more proud of the team at Purple Frog,” said Managing Director Patrick Garratt. “They have worked hard to embody our values of excellence and innovation, and I’m confident that their new positions will help guide the company to even greater heights in the years to come.
These promotions form part of our wider expansion plans which we’re calling ‘Purple Frog 2.0’. I started the company 16 years ago with a sole focus on student accommodation, however in recent years we’ve been using our skills and experience to help increasing numbers of landlords with their property investments in multiple sectors ranging from residential accommodation, PBSA, commercial and land.
